William Saldaña

William Saldaña, a master jeweler needed a site that would highlight his skills and services to jewelry stores and designers. He needed a way to qualify and understand his clients and so different paths were developed for the designer and the store owner to work with him.

franciscus silver and pewter gifts

I created this site with longevity and evergreen content in mind.
Their bespoke gift offerings feature hand engraving by internationally renown hand engraver, John Franciscus.
Branded emails link their following to the precise content they want and need. They are also known for MATCH pewter.

Carolena Wren Designs

A fully functional e-commerce site that is in the hands of the designer / owner who is also a talented photographer.
She is able to process sales and update the galleries weekly on the Weebly platform. She consistently links her Instagram followers for  engagement and sales

The Carolena Wren Letters are branded emails that bring it on back to the website.

Richters

Jewelry lovers in Atlanta mourned when this Buckhead institution closed. The Southern home to Harry Winston, Van Cleef, Cartier, and every other bold-faced legacy jewelry brand, the site is as posh
as the jewelry and the environment they inhabited. Pricing was handled through a discreet symbol system.

Blog: Do Unto Others
Lee encouraged and inspired me from the moment we started working together. She flattened my learning curve and put me on the fast track to building my business with an e-commerce site and email strategy. She draws upon her experience as a designer and businesswoman and always brings lots of actionable ideas that work to the table.
~ Carol Grodin, Carolena Wren
Lee is so easy to work with, even her voice is soothing. She is the perfect balance of confidante, coach, and business partner you didn't know you needed until you meet her! With listening skills of a great therapist, she hears and asks questions which get to the heart of the matter, and most importantly get the results that matter.

Kathy Grenier, VP Business Development, Imperial Pearl
Lee brings clarity to my business by asking discerning questions that reveal what I really want. She understands the artist and the creative mindset as well as the marketing necessary for success in the jewelry business.

More kind words

An open Letter to creatives everywhere...

Dearest ~

Your creativity drives this beautiful industry we call home.

You envision jewelry that doesn't yet exist. You transform raw metals and materials into magical, personal art forms.
You divine and summon emotions from deep within colored gemstones. You communicate through inspired design
and connect through craftsmanship.

Your work touches lives, delighting buyers with discovery, bringing joy to wearers and recipients, and providing livelihoods for a global supply chain. Think about the reach of your art and craft!

Your gift is needed now more than ever.

So do you find yourself flirting with burnout? Or are you in a full on relationship with it?
Tortured by perfectionism? Overwhelmed by all those tech options that are suppose to make business easier?

Or maybe just exhausted by the sheer workload and the constant struggle of switching from creativity to business and back again?

I understand. I've been there.

I'm a recovering perfectionist, a burnout survivor, and a tech minimalist. I'm also an accomplished and award-winning jewelry designer.

Think maybe we should get to know each other?

I’ve worked trunk shows and trade shows; mastered email marketing before it was even a thing; and built out retail studio spaces where I met with clients to create bespoke jewels.

In other words, I’ve lived your day-to-day, your weeks, and your seasons of life. The jewelry design business is often as lonely and puzzling as it is rewarding and energizing.

How often I wished someone with the professional experience had been there for me, sharing their skills and specialized expertise that would have flattened my learning curve and shaved years off my go-to-market process.

No matter where you are in your creative journey,
I'm here for you, to do just that.

Banking on my experience in design, e-commerce, persuasive communication and nurturing a creative life – while raising two children – I decided to create The Jewel Vox as a resource to provide you with the perspective of an outsider,
boosted by the intimate knowledge of an insider.

The Jewel Vox community is growing organically as designers like you reach out with, "what I'd like to see..."
or "what I really need is...."

I hear you, and I do my best to provide it. I am determined to create a resource that addresses burnout, overwhelm, and helps the designer navigate the ever-changing digital environment.

But what about you? What’s your story? What’s frustrating your efforts to grow your business?

Let’s talk about how I can truly serve you and make your life more fulfilling. Right now. For real.

Diamond prices may shift and gold may fluctuate...
But you, dear one, are the driver.
So let's get you in the driver's seat.

With warmest regards and best wishes for your continued success,

Lee Wiser McIntosh, The Jewel Vox
